Phillip Waite, MHA, MBA
Co-founder
Phillip has built a diverse career in executive management, business ownership, and operations across the Mountain West. He has overseen enterprise strategy and day-to-day organizational leadership across commercial services in life sciences and healthcare administration. Phillip holds an MBA and MHA from the University of Utah. He has held leadership positions with ARUP Laboratories, University of Utah Health, and Intermountain Health.

Mark Waite
Co-founder
Mark has enjoyed a 30+ year career in finance and investment management, including 15 years with University of Utah as Director of Investments, ($5.3B AUM), and with CitiGroup/Smith Barney Private Wealth Management and Deseret Mutual Employee Benefits Association in Salt Lake City, UT. Mark is a CPA and holds an Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation. He currently serves on the Utah School & Institutional Trust Advocacy Council.
